Meet Sarah, Founder of Intuitive Psychotherapy & Functional Nutrition

Sarah is a dedicated therapist offering compassionate and personalized psychotherapy services, intuitive readings, family mediation, and data-supported functional nutrition and health coaching.

Couples Therapy

Mediation

Weekday Support Circle: "Mind the Yap"

The mind can get loud—replaying worries, looping old stories, and creating noise that drowns out our inner steadiness. Mind the Yap is a brief daily support circle where we pause together for 10–20 minutes to notice that inner chatter with compassion instead of judgment. In this shared space, you’re seen, supported, and gently guided back into the present moment. Together, we practice choosing intention over reactivity, allowing the nervous system to settle so the brain can create new, healthier pathways. It’s a simple daily reset—helping you begin your day grounded, connected, and more in charge of your inner world.

Premarital Prep:
"Meaningful Marriage"

Preparing for marriage is one of the most important investments a couple can make. Meaningful Marriage is a 12-week premarital program designed to help couples build the kind of relationship that lasts—not just in commitment, but in connection. Unlike traditional premarital programs that focus mainly on communication or problem-solving, Meaningful Marriage integrates all three pillars of lifelong relational health: self-acceptance, emotional bonding, and sexual wellbeing. Each week, couples deepen understanding of themselves and each other, learn practical tools for connection and repair, and build a shared vision for a marriage that feels alive, respectful, playful, and strong.

Dating Support:
"Meaningful Matching"

Dating in the modern world can feel overwhelming—so many options, expectations, and emotional risks. Meaningful Matching is a supportive program that helps you navigate relationships with clarity and confidence. Over the course of the series, we explore the three essential components of healthy relating: knowing yourself, understanding another person, and protecting the space between you. You’ll learn how to pace a new connection, communicate honestly without oversharing, stay aligned with your values, and recognize both emotional resonance and red flags. Whether you’re new to dating or starting again, Meaningful Matching helps you show up grounded, intentional, and truly yourself—so you can build connections that feel safe, nourishing, and real.
