STEPS: Strategic Type Education for Parent-child Success is designed to empower parents with a deep understanding of both their own and their children’s personality patterns, utilizing the frameworks of MBTI and Enneagram. Through this awareness, parents are guided to move beyond judgment and codependent cycles, fostering a home environment rooted in nonviolent, collaborative, and interdependent dialogue. Participants will learn to identify their own MBTI and Enneagram types, gaining insight into their unique patterns of thinking, relating, and reacting.
